I'm trying to look at trend objects using VantagePoint and Internet Explorer, but either the trend never loads or only the image loads.
- Have you set up your Intranet settings? Click on the cog -> Internet options -> Security -> Click on Local intranet -> Sites -> Advanced -> Add.
- Next, Internet Explorer will prompt you to run a few applications the first time you try to use Trend objects. You must accept.
- Finally, make sure you do not have too many tabs/applications open. Slow browser performance can prevent trends from ever loading.

I get a password screen when trying to view the ViewPoint spaces. How do I access them?
- The correct username and password for the ViewOnly account is automatically populated. The DGMS pages and Tool pages take elevated accounts and passwords.

I get an error 404 on mobile devices when trying to view VantagePoint trends.
- Close the tab and load the trend again. This is a known issue where when you begin a session mobile devices get redirected to the wrong page.

I end up on a different page when trying to access ViewPoint on mobile devices.
- Similar issue as above. You are getting redirected to the Display Navigation screen. Just click on the screen you want to view from the navigator.

What browsers are supported for Vantage Point?
- Internet Explorer and Chrome with the IETab extension. Limited support for mobile browsers.

I get a log in screen when trying to use the SUMS Alarm Dashboard? How do I get access?
- You must have access to SUMS via a GT account. You must have permission through your SUMS equipment group to view an alarm dashboard.

I have questions about the Home page, ViewPoint, VantagePoint, XLReporter or the SUMS Alarm Dashboard.
