Session expired
If a web browser has been inactive for a period of time, a message shows stating that the session has expired. Press F5 to refresh the page.
What you will see after refresh depends on the web application security settings and whether or not a license is available.
If the application does not have security enabled:
- If there are any client licenses available, the web browser refreshes the display you were viewing.
- If there were not any client licenses available, the web browser shows a "No more licenses" page.
If the application has security enabled:
- The log in screen is shown. After a successful log on, if there are any client licenses available, the web browser refreshes the display you were viewing.
- The log in screen is shown. After a successful log on, if there are not any client licenses available, the web browser shows a "No more licenses" page.
